Individual therapy looks like stepping into the office of the Great Counselor and bearing witness to the Holy Spirit actively working in your life as He weaves your heart into the fabric of His very own by redeeming memories, thoughts, and emotions.

He sees, loves and knows His beloved daughter. During individual therapy, we will powerfully unpack the layers of this truth through the collaborative process of Spirit-infused and Spirit-led CBT, EMDR, memory psychotherapy and inner healing prayer work.

You will experience the depths of His heart as we let Him into the depths of ours. You will be equipped with fundamental weapons that will defeat powerlessness and hopelessness as you learn to walk by the Spirit. You will be raised up in the fullness of your identity - as a warrior, a daughter, a wife, a mother, a friend..
