  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-known evidence-based psychotherapy that identifies unhealthy thought patterns at the core of maladaptive emotions and behavior thus releasing the keys to break out of thoughts and emotions that we may have felt powerless to for most of our lives.

We are learning to be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12) as we learn to capture our thoughts (2 Corinthians 10:5) where the Holy Spirit exposes lies (John 8:45) so we can experience freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17).

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.

  • Art therapy is a therapeutic intervention where the kinesthetic, sensory, perceptual, and symbolic interface invite alternative modes of receptive and expressive communication which circumvent the limitations of verbal language. The Holy Spirit uses visual and symbolic expression to give meaning to our narratives and empowers individual, communal, and societal transformation as we begin to see from His perspective. Thus equipping us with

    • God-given creativity

    • Increased ability to communicate with Him

    • Identity from the Kingdom perspective

    • Peace through present awareness of God’s presence

    • Healing in our personal stories

  • We believe that everything finds its purpose in Jesus (Colossians 1), the author and perfector of our faith (Hebrews 12); that all things originated in Him, are for Him and are perfected and finished in Him.

We have found the most effective therapy that produces the greatest results is when it's led by the Holy Spirit because He is the Healer, Deliverer, Great Counselor, Lover and Prince of Peace. We have witnessed narratives powerfully redeemed and symptomology powerfully healed when the Truth sets us free, bearing witness to the transformative reality of God's love for you.

We believe that complete freedom is completely possible through faith in Jesus and the transformative love of the Father revealed through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5).

We believe that Jesus didn't come for the righteous but for the ones that know they are sick and need Him. In other words, He didn’t come for the ones that think they have it all together, He comes for the ones that are desperate and admittingly need help. This gives us hope.

We work with many individuals who have been hurt by religion and we believe there is a difference between religion and relationship with Jesus that He longs to have for us.

Our main pursuit is for individuals to be free to love and to be loved (Galatians 5).
